If there were a negative 10 on this rating system that's what I'd give this guy. Our club ordered ice for our event in 2015--he hadn't shown up when he was supposed to the night before and when we called he said his daughter had been in a nearly fatal car accident and he was at the hospital and couldn't fulfill his contractual obligation. We understood.



This past weekend we contracted for $1000 worth of ice, which was not delivered. When contacted, he promised he would be there a few hours late. It then was he would be there in the morning (we told him unacceptable).



He then said he'd called the owner of another ice company to fulfill his contractual obligation.



The final lie was that he was on his way to the ice distributor and would be there shortly.



He never showed up and quit answering his phone about 8 AM.



This guy is a jerk, a flake, and cannot be trusted in any sort of business agreement.



Do yourself a favor and find another company.

DO NOT USE this company if you need ice. On the day of our son's wedding which was held in our back yard - This company simply did not show up and did not call or return our several anxious calls. At the last half hour, several of us had to go collect 400 lbs of ice. Our drinks were not cooled for our guests and it was a hot day (JUNE 11). The NEXT day when I finally got a hold of the owner, all he could say was that HE had an emergency. Apparently he doesnt know how to make OUT going calls. If he had called I could have dealt with the problem earlier. A WEDDING!!!!!!!!!! Very BAD business I have to give a star to post this but they deserve NO stars!!!

I work for a company and we needed ice delivered to our property. I had to call them more than 5 times before i finally got an answer. But it wasn't like they called me back when i got the answer i had to keep calling them. I should have learned my lesson than but they had a good price so i kept going back. than I called before i left for vacation to make sure they they were def coming on the day they told me and they said yes. then i came back from vacation a week later and they never came. I was so upset because it made me look like i wasn't doing my job while it was all them. I would suggest this company start being truthfull and answer their phones and call people back. I spoke to the owner multiple times but that didn't help either. now i am back to the beginning of my ice searching.
