I LOVE CICIS... Best place for a pizza buffet and I was on my way to get some last weekend and when I pulled up it was closed with a bunch of neon signs on the building that say "Grade A Misdemeanor" idk what that means but they're closed as of right now might be temp or not.... But could someone tell me why a restaurant would have a misdemeanor?
