Not sure how they train their employees but customer service is just terrible. Went in with 3 weeks notice for the cake I wanted to order for my daughter's birthday. The lady helping me out told me it was impossible to get a cake based off of the Frozen movie. She said that there was no way to get the toppings I wanted and was so rude. I left there extremely disappointed but found a bakery on 10th near Shadeland that was absolutely wonderful and made it an easy transaction with the cake that I wanted! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
