I was very pleased with the overall customer service that I got from Clarence Johnson. From the moment I submitted my application online to the second I drove off in my new car. Clarence was a knowledgeable sales man who was there to answer any of my questions regarding the vehicle. He helped me set up my bluetooth,onstar, and showed me how to work ALL the buttons. Thank you and keep up the good work!

We drove in from Bloomington to look at a truck and was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by Clarence Johnson. He was AMAZING very patient and receptive to all our questions. We were nervous, having been turned down twice already, but his calm professional demeanor eased us. Clarence explained in detail the process and program and we were instantly on board. We got approved for a 2013 Silverado and cannot be more happy! I found Clarence to be forthright. I did not feel like I was being pushed or rushed. We took the car for a test drive then went back to the office to talk price, warranty, etc. The whole process took a bit of time (about 3 hours) but ultimately I was happy with the price and service I received. After visiting a number of dealerships, with no luck I came across Indianapolis Auto Credit Finance and it could not have come sooner being driven crazy buy the constant lies and being turned down! Clarence was courteous and honest from the start and was the change of pace I needed in purchasing a vehicle. He actually paid attention to what I had to say and that is HUGE!
