My brother complains.

CONTRACTOR DOES NOT HOLD UP TO HIS WORD. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIRING

THIS INDIVIDUAL! 2 NO SHOWS TO OUR JOBSITE.ON THE THIRD ATTEMPT HE SAID HE WOULD SHOW UP BUT NEVER DID.HE DID NOT EVEN CALL TO CANCEL OR TO RESCHEDULE ON THE THIRD ATTEMPT
