Are you kidding?! Complaining about having to wait 3 months for a custom piece of jewelry? Quality takes time. Custom jewelry takes lots of time. It's a multi-stage process. Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on another's part. Who waits until 5 months before a wedding to take care of getting the rings? Did you ever think that the way you communicated with them turned them "off" to wanting to return your call? Did you ever stop in and check on things in person? Probably not. You probably just sat there leaving terse messages on the answering machine....or were hateful to the "lucky" employee who answered your call. Take a chill pill. I've had multiple rings and accessories designed by C H Jewelers and have had a wonderful experience every time. But, I took the time to understand the process, I was clear on my instructions and vision for the piece, didn't change the vision in the middle, and allotted the appropriate amount of time for things to get done. While C H Jeweler may produce fine products, they are not speedy. I put in an order for two sets of wedding bands at the beginning of June and here I am at the end of August with no rings. I will frequently contact the company and am given the run around or told to wait until the next week for results. My wedding is the second week of October, and frankly I am tired of waiting!!! Also, I have never been given an apology for the late arrival of the jewelry nor was I every told upfront that this would be a three month process. Additionally, I have felt the communication from the company to be lacking as they have never called me, I have always been the one to call them. I am beyond frustrated!
