Karla needs to shutup, this operation is a scam. I bought one groupon, the cleaning lady did show up on time but outside of that, she stinked. didnt wipe down counters, didnt clean bathrooms, couldn't tell anything had been done after two hours, cleaning lady tried to leave after 1.5 hrs. manager came out, tried to argue why this 60 dollar cleaning was really worth 130, and i should feel lucky for the cleaning lady coming out and pushing dust around and talking on her cell phone.

Stay away.

If you want to impress a new customer they ought to feel that they got more than they expected, not less.

I bought 3 $125 groupons. I used one the first time and had 2 people for 1 hour. They were able to do about 1/2 my house (and not very well). I was informed that as a regular customer they would do my entire house w/o time limit for about $120. I guess a $125 coupons isn’t worth that much. Then they assured me that for the remaining 2 coupons ($250) they would do the entire house from top to bottom w/o regard to time. I have it in writing from the owner who was part of the first crew. 2 workers showed up and said they could only work for 2 hours. That’s what the owner told them. I protested. They raced through the house and were gone in 2 hours and 10 minutes. They left residues of dirt were they swept up. Dirt was pushed to door edges and left there. Surfaces were totally missed for dusting. Some of the floors looked untouched. Even my 15 yr old (not known for her tidiness) was appalled They had no eye for detail. I feel ripped off. Groupon works best for restaurants and purchasing specific items. I’m not sure how to tell them this.

They do a consistently wonderful job at cleaning our offices.
