absolutely pathetic customer service. I spend nearly $200 on 2 arrangements and they deliver something that looks like they bought it off of a homeless individual down the street. Once I called to discuss my disapproval of their work, I am basically called a liar and given little to no compensation. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a florist and I most certainly recommend that you find another avenue for flowers in the greater Indianapolis Metro Area.

A very disappointed customer

I have used these folks three times. The first time was several years ago when I sent some flowers to a friend for her birthday. They showed up a day late. Ladt year I sent a bouquet to my girlfriend who is in her 50s and the added a balloon that said happy 18th birthday. This past valentine's day I ordered flowers for her 5 days in advance, needless to say they never arrived. I tried to call the store but nobody would answer. The next day they tried to deliver them. Valentines day means on valentines day. Sorry folks, that's 3 strikes I'll never use them again.

I ordered flowers for our Admin to be delivered on Admin's Professional Day. They arrived at the end of the day, even though I ordered more than a week in advance and requested a morning delivery. Once the flowers finally arrived, I was embarrassed to have given these to our Admin! I paid over $100 Dollars for this "best quality" arrangement and they did not look at all like the picture. The bouquet looks as though someone sat on it, the flowers were already browning, and it looked as though random flowers were just thrown in a vase.



***UPDATE 5/3/2016*** I spoke with their store manager, Stephanie, who was super apologetic about the quality of their bouquet. She is providing me with another delivered bouquet for our admin at no charge. I am extremely grateful that they are willing to own up to their mistake and fix it! 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction!
