This stores customer service and phone service is the worst experience I have had in retail. First they tell me the furniture will be delivered by a certain date then tell me that date isn't possible and it will be another 2 weeks. So I try to contact someone from the castleton store on allosonville road and there phone loops me to other states and the other stores in these states send me back to them creating a loop that I have wasted 2 hours on the phone today. It's a waste because I have nothing to show for it. I will never use this company or store again and will continue to let others know of this experience. I understand covid 19 but don't make it your crutch to have terrible service in a terrible time. Shame on this company and store. And the issue is still not resolved!
