My roommate and I eat at Black Diamond BBQ several times per month, and I can honestly say I've NEVER had a bad experience. The owner and staff are always friendly and service is fast. But honestly, if they punched me in the face and made fun of my mom everytime I walked through the door, I'd still keep going. The food is outstanding. I eat a lot of BBQ, and I haven't found any better (At least not in Indy). I usually get the pulled pork, and it's always delicious and you get a ton. The ribs are good too.



I recommend this place to any BBQ lovers!

I live very close to Black Diamond BBQ, and my wife and I absolutely love this place. It's a great locally owned BBQ spot with great food and great customer service. I personally get the brisket once a week for lunch. The pulled pork is fantastic, and the mac and cheese can't be beat. They have catered several events that we've had at my employer, and everyone raves about the food. I'll be recommending this restaurant to everyone who loves good BBQ!

We will NEVER, EVER, NEVER, NEVER eat there AGAIN!!! My fiancé and I are new to the Indianapolis area. We moved here from Texas and are always looking for a new barbeque place. We both ordered the brisket plate and what we got was a pile of gristle and fat, albeit the portions were really large. I guess if you like a huge plate of DISGUST then this would be the place to go! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and think maybe we just happen to get the bad end of the brisket that day, but upon returning to my office and sharing my review of our plates of disgust there was a common reaction from any of my fellow employees that had also had the misfortune of eating there...no matter what anyone has ordered in the past...they also seemed to get a plate of disgust. Maybe they should become a dog food manufacturing company? However I will say even though our lunch kept us in the bathroom for the remainder of the day I will say that the service was good. The people that served us our plates of bathroom doom were actually very pleasant!
