I have been to this shop twice to get my hair braided and each time I have been satisfied with the service and the time limit it took to get done. Always satisfied.

although the braids turned out nice, the service of the younger female worker was awful. You should at no time tell the customer not to complain when they are spending $200 plus for braids. I doubt if I will ever go back there until they learn customer service skills. Customer service you're always be a priority as we are the income of any establishment.

Wonderful place with very professional and nice owner. Hair dressers are very high skilled.
