Very saddened by my last few experiences here. My stylist Bridgett left unexpectedly back in September. I was left a non detailed voice mail and was told a new stylist Nicki would be taking her clients. I was hesitant but decided to give it a chance. She gave me a wonderful cut and I scheduled a highlight for 4 weeks later. I then got another voice mail that she was no longer at the salon. Why does this keep happening? I expressed a concern and got an attitude with the receptionist. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Every time I go in to buy product none of the stylists seem happy to help. When I asked to see a menu of services, the owner just looked at me and said "they're right there" and went back to what she was doing as if I was a bother. Needless to say I will take the extra time to go elsewhere to purchase my Aveda products.
