do not listen this person below me- i- or none of my friends.family has EVER- EVER had a bad experince- cutomer service is always been SUPERIOR AND EXCELLENT LOVE BALL PARK PIZZA!!

We are homeowners in Irvington and would like to tell you about our recent circumstance with Ball Park Pizza. Approximately a month ago we had ordered two large pepp. pizzas. We then went to write a check and realized we couldnt find the check book and my husband's wallet was locked up in the work truck at his business. Naturally we called and cancelled the order. On Valentines Day we ordered a pizza for the kids because we were going to dinner and when the pizza arrived there was a note on it which stated, " I did not appriciate you canceling your $30 order after it was done. Last time you ordered manager Brian" I then called him up to explain the circumstance and he was not pleasant. I will never promote their pizzeria again nor place an order with them. My constructive criticism would be tell Brian to take a grammer and sentence structure class. Also, an Interpersonal Communications class would also help. I hope they realize that they lost more than 30 dollars.
