I am a tenant for over six months with this realty company also known as unlimited realty, there have been constant repairs that always need to be repaired! Some are minor and others are major!!!! They don't answer the phone when there is an emergency nor do they properly repair things, they always expect rent but when it comes to repairing things you're never a priority! The property manager is rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , she will scream and curse you out if you bother her, especially on the weekends! " bc she doesn't work weekends " I advise nobody to rent from them unless your prepared for your belongings to be ruined! I live in a duplex and a new neighbor just moved in yesterday, and a water line pipe busted tonight and I have tried numerous times to contact the landlord, property manager, n both maintenance men and all four refuse to answer the phone or return texts/voicemails , the water company deemed it unsafe to have the water on so therefore had to shut the valve off, ultimately unable to flush toilets run water take showers ect. from both sides! They are very negligent and only care about the rent n not the safety of the tenants!!! Beware DO NOT RENT FROM UNLIMITED REALTY, u will regret it !!! I PROMISE
