Axia Urban is a couple guys running several properties downtown. As a result, some maintenance requests were slow to be answered. Our pricey 2-bedroom rental hadn't been cleaned at all when we moved in. There was a thick layer of dust all over the floors and all over the kitchen counters.

Unlike other apartment companies I've rented from, Axia Urban didn't replace the dirty, old carpet in either bedroom before move in. Also, our walls were thin and we hear our neighbor's music and toilet being flushed.

If you want to live with noisy neighbors, constant sirens from police cars, ambulances and fire stations, uncontrollable gnats, ROACHES, radiators that blast heat that you have no control over and unclean neighbors then this is the place for you! This place has been a nightmare since day one and has continued to get worse. Some days you have heated water for a shower and others you have to wait a few hours. They have 3 washing machines; one has been down for over a year and the other 2 barely work. Don't waste your money here. If you can afford to spend a little more do so because this place and its lousy owners are not worth your money. I had to give them a rating but -1 would be preferred.

What a nightmare!!! I urge you not to rent with these dishonest people. Maintenence was stagnant, lack of communication, and don't expect your deposit back.

No one deserves to be disrespected, lied to, and ignored the way the staff at Axia Urban treated me. It would be one thing if I didnt pay my rent on time or was a problem in the building.

What seemed like nice, honest people turned out to be the biggest nightmare in my 15 years of renting.

I only offered one star, because the site requires it.
