Took my car there because it was leaking fluids and overheating... He replaced the radiator and I picked it up the next day after hours and on my way home ( 3 miles away) it over heated again... I got out of the car to see that fluids were pouring out still... I called Ave back the next morning and he said that the car was running fine when he left...so I took it to another shop to find out the water pump was bad... He replaced the wrong part and failed to see if the car was running properly before turning the keys over to me... It seemed it was no big deal to him... I was out $450 as well

The owner of Aves Auto Repair is an excellent mechanic that is honest and does car repairs for half the price of his competitors. My husband found Aves online @ http://www.avesautorepair.com/. Last year I was told by a major car repair company that the problem that needed to be fixed would cost $1200. We took it to Aves and he said it would cost only $300 and the part they told me needed replacing did not need to be replaced. He was correct and now my husband I only go to Aves in Indianapolis. If you want to go to a honest and fair mechanic go to Aves. Most repairs that we needed fixed was fixed the same day. — in Indianapolis.

I was told by another auto repair facility that I needed rear struts on my Grand Prix.They wanted $800 for the repair which I could not afford at the time. I took my car to Aves to find out that it was not the struts but some trailing arms that needed replaced. Ave saved me approximately $300 and did rear brakes also. But what was most impressive was the fact that he called 2 days later to see how my car was doing.
