PROS: I love my floor plan and having a washer and dryer in my apartment. They resurface the parking lot, and keep it nice. They pick up trash around the grounds everyday so it looks nice. I don't hear much through the walls or ceilings. MOST of the tenants are quiet and it feels fairly safe. Staff are friendly and courteous in passing.

CONS: Heaven help you if you ever need anything fixed. It is unlikely to be fixed correctly the first time. Sometimes after mulitple half-baked attempts it is best to just live with it or fix it yourself. Asking the manager for help is a waste of time and will just leave you more frustrated. He will get defensive, lie to you, dismiss you as being too hard to please, claim what you are describing is not fact, etc.



I have seen a lot of complaints about parking. I rarely have any issue in my building. Occasionally late on the weekends the lot can tend to be full. I am aware of 2 apartments in my building that are over crowded. I am just fortunate that they must all share a single car. A one bedroom apt has several adults and couple of young kids. Another one bedroom has a family of four in it.



Advice. Make sure you get an apt with lots of new appliances to lessen your chances of needing maintenance. If you need maintenance, submit it on line so the girls in the office can't get the facts overly screwed up. Not the brightest. Then don't expect much in the way of repairs. Enjoy the floorplan, and doing laundry in your own apartment, and that the trash is kept picked up and walks are typically shoveled quickly.
