What a HORRIBLE experience. I hired Joe's company, Advanced Residential & Commercial Electronics in September 2012. After demanding 70% PAID UP FRONT, Joe and his team continued to delay, making excuse after excuse. When he finally did something, they damaged my expense home in the process and denied responsibility. To take the cake, I was then invoiced the final 30% and more, including several items that had not been installed. Joe, the owner, made multiple threats and generally acted like a thug, while finally admitting to billing for items not installed. He tried to issue credit memos, but then proceeded to make up "new charges."

Overall, it would likely rank as the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE in recent memory. If someone had only warned me, I would not have lost so much sleep and been subjected to threats from this company's owner. I encourage you to STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
