Horrible movers!!!! Sales person was nice at the first meeting than never heard from again. Movers damaged walls in both homes. I reported the first damaged wall before the delivery to my new home and didn't notice the other 2 areas until after they left. My request for them to repair the damages was denied. They also broke two items. One they didn't even tell me about. Sales person never told me about the extra coverage I could have bought to protect my stuff in case of damage. Called the GM at this location in Fishers, IN once and he said he would call me back after he reviewed my file. I called him twice after that and he never called me back. The only person who was nice was the claims adjuster who was able to provide me with a minimal refund for my 2 damaged items. The GM would not approve the damage to the house even after I reported the damage on the 1st day before my delivery the next day. Staff is very unprofessional.

My job has taken all over the Eastern US. So we have worked with a lot of moving companies. Atlantic was the worst by far. From over estimating the number of boxes used. With no credit given to leaving drawers, cabinets full and not packed. One cabinet even had a box in front of it and they still didn't pack it. To the rude sales person who told me it was my job to make sure everything was packed and loaded on the truck. Oh by the way the truck was way to small. They had to make two trips.



I paid for three men and a truck but one guy left for a while the first day. If I would have known It was my job to make sure everything was packed I would have fired him and the other two for taking so many "time to burn one breaks ". Oh yes I was paying by the hour.



They were in such a hurry than we're running with the small stuff while loading the truck. No wonder they took a hunk of drywall



I called the office got brushed off. So I've disputed $500 on my credit bill charge. Maybe now they will call me.

I moved from California to Indiana with Atlantic. I have a full trailer load. They packing and move went perfect. The driver and crew were extremely friendly and courteous and the move was damage free !!!!! Atlantic remove nearly all of the stress that you would normally encounter during a move, especially across the country.
