It took 11 months and 2 weeks to close the chapter on this mess. Meaning we finally got our wedding album almost 1 year later (working HD dvd's to actually play in a PS3 or any Bluray player took 8 months).



We cannot recommend & if you move forward document the heck out of everything including due dates, effective meetings and timeline agreements. Otherwise everything will become dis shuffled and foggy.



In the end after they had the money and the wedding was over we felt we were no longer important to satisfy. Real shame.
