I've been in the place 4 times. And i have had the best service ever. and they made me feel like I'm one of them and your like family. the best business ever i would keep going again and again I luv this place. And i would reccomend this place to every one all over.

I've had two tattoos done here and I'm loving them both. I'm for sure coming back for more!

I went in for a cover-up tattoo last month at the Arlington location and talked to Corey B. He said he could perform the cover-up with no problems. I expressed my concerns with the amount of white ink he was using because I thought it would turn yellow, but he assured me it wouldn't. He was also very heavy handed. A month and a half later, I have several areas of scar tissue and guess what?... my tattoo is turning yellow. I'm sure that he has had tattoos to turn out good, but with so many talented tattoo artists and shops available, why risk it? The owners offered to go over the tattoo again, but it would be darker. They stated several times that every artist in their shop is technically a sub-contractor and they are not responsible for them. They also support their entire argument with the possibility of improper aftercare. This is my 17th tattoo and I've NEVER had these problems before.

Ty Pittman did a rework of a tattoo I had done back in college. Not only did he breathe new life into it, he augmented the artwork with highlights that made it pop!

I have got some great work done by Ty. He is the first person that has ever done more than one tattoo on me and I will always come back to him, and the price was great!

Danielle is the only APP (Association of Profession Piercers) certified piercer in Indiana, the next closest one is a guy in Chicago, that I could find, plus she is a girl. She did my sister's ear and my clitoral hood. She is AWESOME. She did the piercings quick while engaging you in conversation so i literally did not feel a thing. She also makes sure to put the jewelery in as soon as possible unlike most piercers who reach back to their convenience and take their time pulling your skin. Me and my sister were both whiplashed at the speed, efficiency, and painlessness. GO TO DANIELLE FOR ANY AND ALL PIERCINGS! She is located at the South Artistic Skin Designs place, don't go on a weekend or you will be waiting awhile.

I went to this shop for my first tattoo. Since then I've had several more tattoos done all at this shop. The artists are very talented and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I started to go to Artistic Skin Design South for a cover-up. Now I will never leave. I work w/ Anthony there and I will never work w/ anyone else. I have sent several of my friends there for work. And now I have even sent my own mother there for her tattoo. I am always impressed w/ how professional they are and how much fun it is there! Thank you so much Anthony!!! You're an amazing artist!

Got my first tattoo and I was so glad I picked this place. Jake was extremely sweet and such fun taking my mind off of the stress of it. Ryan done matching tattoos for me and my daughter and his work his just breath taking, they turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Thanks to both of them for making this such a special time for us!! This is nothing less than a 10 star place!!!

Every one at the shop is friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they get someone who does. Their work is awesome. Ive gotten 3 piercings and a tattoo from them, and will probably be going back for another piercing in a few month s when summer is over. I am extremely pleased with Artistic, and would definitely recommend them.
