Provided by YP.comI wholeheartedly agree with Tim G. The campus is new and attractive. However, with the exception of just a few employees, the staff is beyond terrible. The nursing care is awful. The worst part is that upper management of Trilogy Health Services DOES NOT care and has made it perfectly clear. They prefer to shame and blame families for placing a family member there. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I actually give this facilitly no stars...but was forced to give it a rating.
