we were at this restaurant yesterday at 3;06pm gave the lady at the counter our order 8 arbys roast beef and 2 drinks and 1 med shake the drive threw girl came over and messed with the order then left then came back aain and messed with it again the manager was making the sandwiches and hollering were is my keys at people ,they contunied to fill orders of other people around us. the drive threw mainly . we stood and waited very patiently, never called or order out. the after 11 drive threw orders went out and several other orders out we went back asked about with the receipt they had erraced our order completely from the screen, the lady asked for the receipt she turnedand didnt say another word.nor did the manager. we got our money back and left at 3;46pm . that place had no ketchup in either conainer and the sodas were all empty all so they never appoligesed for any thing at all. that is the last time we will visit this restaurant at anytime . everytime we go there its the same way.pat and walter bollinger. pat_bollinger@yahoo.com.thank you pat .
