I have used this store for the 15 years I have lived here and have always found the staff helpful and courteous. In one case they informed me my washer problem could like be fixed with a $5 part instead of the $150 pump I thought I needed. I treasure this store!

We have been very pleased with our 2 trips to this business to buy parts. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am reading these reviews and am shocked. I have purchased a few items from this establishment and have been very pleased. They tell you UP FRONT that if they are going to order the part for you that you cannot return it. They don't typically stock everything for every appliance - no business can do that. The gal that I dealt with has been very professional and they had the part when they said they would. You either have to know it is the part you need or you have to eat the cost. That is why they are so reasonable.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK AN UNUSED PART REGARDLESS, IT'S THEIR CORPORATE POLICY. tHEY ARE AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!

They must have a different staff since the previous review. The staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. Had the dryer parts I needed in stock each of my 2 visits in one week.

These people are the rudess and hatefull people I have ever met. I will never go back there and buy anything else. These men should never be in customer service serving the public. DO NOT GO THERE AND BUY ANYTHING.
