I WAS REFERRED TO JAY BARNEY 5 YEARS AGO. HES GREAT & PATIENT ! IVE HAD LOTS OF FRIENDS GO TO HIM SINCE THEN & ILL DEFINTLY BE RETURNING. HE EXPLAINS THINGS THE WAY PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND THAT ARE NOT IN THAT BUSINESS. HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM. NICE SPOT TOO SUPER CONVENIENT & EASY TO FIND.

Jay Barney makes things as easy as possible and explains things in an easy to understand way. Plus, he did my tax return for $49.95, federal and state and all schedules included! I've finally found someone I can use every year....I got really tired of either doing them myself or going to one of the big services, where I wasn't really convinced of the expertise of the person doing my return, and would never see the same people in there working from one year to the next, and sometimes one week to the next. If you want to be able to count on someone to do your taxes every year, at a good price, with expertise, these are the guys to go to. They also reviewed my taxes from the last two years for free, and found me more than $1,000 each year. What a nice surprise! HIGHLY recommend these guys. Good service, fast, prompt, experts. I also had them do my parents tax returns and they found a way to help them avoid having their social security taxed, which saves them over $1,000/ yr.!

Jay Barney is the best. Even-handed, calm and prudent, accurate and correct advice. Saves us a ton of money each year. It is a huge advantage and a comfort to know the same person will be doing our taxes as who did them last year, not just some moron that just took a tax class the previous November at one of the big schlock houses like Block, Liberty or Hewitt. He saved us $$$$$ two ways. First, his fee was about 33-50% less than the competition, and about 70% less than having a CPA firm do our taxes. Also, he spotted two things that Block and Hewitt missed when he reviewed our previous three years' worth of taxes- for free! All told, he got us back an extra $1,800 on our 2008; $2,850 on 2007and $4,300 on our 2006 taxes! And it didn't cost us a penny, other than to pay a small fee for him to file the amendment forms- which we gladly paid the $30 per year! We trust Jay, and so should you.
