they changed reps on me 3 times, then i got Pam who was very helpful, the only issue i have was when i hit a deer and vehicle was totaled,and paid off they closed account with a balance of 5000.00 and actually hurt my credit more than saying it was paid in full

Ther 5 stars is for Mike ,Yes Mike is very nice and helpful . Other persons answering the phone are so Rude an you can hardly make out what he is saying an he talks to fast sounds like a robot. i believe his name starts with letter A.

ive had a vehicle with them since 2006,other than the fact the had bad reps in the beginning that told you wahteva you wanted to hear ,its been good i guess only because carplex does pick reliable cars....but they should honor what ,they say and if you change pay cycles ,work wit your customer

They aren't that bad. I guess it depends on which account representative you are assigned to. Mike is nice and works with you. Tonya on the other hand will call you if you are 1 day late!! Really? They don't even add any additional fees until you are 10 days late!! I suppose it's because of all the folks who don't pay their bills in time makes it hard for the folks who often times do. They really aren't that bad though.
