Terrible experience and don't waste your money/time at this location. I went to this location and bought a nice love seat and factory select sectional. Both were floor models and I thought I was getting a great deal on them. I get a call from this location 30 minutes before my furniture is to arrive only for them to tell me that they accidently sold my sectional to someone else even though I paid for it and reserved it. I went to the physical location and told the person selling it to me that I wanted those specific pieces of furniture as they were floor models so I am not sure how this mistake could happen. They will happily sell you a piece of furniture and go off and sell it to someone else. It is extremely shady, and I can't help but feel ripped off.

Instead of getting me a new sectional for the price I agreed to, I would have to wait an extra 30-45 days and pay MORE for a new version of the sectional. They can't get me a sectional for the price I agreed to and paid for, but they can sell a piece of furniture that is already paid for to someone else.... The delivery was also delayed by several days as well, so I waited almost 2 weeks for my furniture to come in.

They did cut my delivery price in half and offered to get me two love seats instead for a discount which I did appreciate but I am still extremely frustrated as it wasn't what I originally paid for...

Unless you want to get scammed and screwed over, do not go to American Freight.

The staff is great, just make sure that when you are purchasing that you get everything you ordered... ordered a bedroom set that came with out the headboard... but when we went back to let them know staff apologized and took care of it immediately got the piece needed and was able to finally get my bedroom together

This place tells you what you want to hear to make you purchase their furniture. Only for the deliver y guys to not carry your furniture with care and try shoving it thru the door to tear the material on furniture you were very much over priced. Then when you call letting them know your furniture was damaged they eill tell you they're going to be right out with a new one and how sorry they are to never bring another one out and when you call asking when will you ne getting the replacement furniture first they act like they have no record of you calling then the next excuse is that piece of furniture is out of stock and don't know when they will have it in stock. Really when you were collecting my money and once you had been paid your customer service policies definitely were not the same. Really disappointed with this company's misrepresented of themselves!!
