Mike, the owner, is very concerned that his customers are satisfied. This company is smaller than commercial cleaners like Stanley Steamer, and that is a huge bonus. Being able to pick up the phone and talk with the owner is so nice and unusual in this day and age. They did a fantastic job on my carpets, and I have 3 pugs, so not an easy task. The technician was very professional and friendly. I will always use this company and no other.

No more pet spots and my carpet looks and feels clean again. The person who came to do the work was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

American Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job on my furniture. I have very old (and heavily used) microfiber furniture. To make matters worse, I had attempted to spot clean them at various times. In short, they were a mess. So I was pleasantly surprised with the results of the cleaning. My couch, recliner and love seat look new! They also included a free bottle of cleaner and the tech provided instructions on how we can spot clean ourselves! I'm very pleased with the results and service.

From the first time I called and talked to Mike I knew this company was going to do a wonderful job. They are a small business and being a small business owner myself I had high expectations and they went over and beyond my expectations. When they came to my house they were very friendly with my English Bulldog puppy who is afraid of the loud noises and to make her feel more comfortable they put the loudest noise farthest away from her. Keith was one of the guys here and he was very knowledgable about carpets and stains. My puppy had accidents in the house, on our mattress, and we also had a lot of high traffic areas that were almost black. The carpets and mattress look brand new and they look amazing! After they cleaned my puppy was able to run around on the carpet without me worrying about chemicals and my dog getting a reaction from the cleaner. I will NEVER use anyone else to clean my carpets at home or at my business and they don't only do the best job cleaning they are stand up people! Don't make the mistake of going somewhere else to get your carpets cleaned use AMERICAN CARPET CLEANERS!

I'm very happy with my carpet cleaning. They showed up on time and did a great job. Our technician was very polite and went right to work. He worked for over 30 minutes on an ink spot that had been in the carpet for over a year and he was able to get it out. Very good job by American carpet cleaners. I will use them again in the future. It's July 4th and they saved my day today! Our children knocked over an entire bowl of chili sauce onto my carpet this morning. What a mess! I called American Carpet Cleaners to see if I could get someone out to clean immediately. Mike was very sympathetic to my plea for help and came out and cleaned it up. He didn't just do the spot, he cleaned the entire room. There's not a trace of chili sauce anywhere! When he found out that my husband was a veteran he didn't charge us a dime! He said it was the least that could be done and was his way of saying thank you for my husband serving. Not only did he come out on a holiday but he did a super job. I will only call American Carpet Cleaners to clean for me from now on. I see now what makes them the best carpet cleaning company in Indianapolis. THANK YOU SO MUCH... YOU SAVED MY DAY!‎

We were please with the service... The carpet in this room was suppose to be off white. Before American Carpet Cleaners cleaned this carpet it was gray. I could see the difference before they completed the cleaning. There were a few spots that were almost black -OMG. The carpet is off white again!!! Thanks American Carpet Cleaners I will be calling you all again.
