I have been a customer since this business opened. It is frustrating that the only way to obtain a service now is by appointment only. However, when you make an appointment, you still end up waiting up to and sometimes more than a half hour. And if you need something in between appointments such as a repair, it is impossible to have it done. I requested a repair and could hear the nail tech complaining in the background about scheduling. The staff, although once quite friendly, are now too busy and rushed to make the atmosphere very welcoming at all. Consider this customer a FORMER customer.

My first and only visit was not favorable. I wore white slacks and was moved to three different chairs and when I left I had red polish all over the back of my slacks. I provided my own polish and it was pink. It was $41 dollars for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. They charge an extra $5 to scrub your heels and balls of your feet and that is no scrapping!

With all of the choices in the area select another nail salon!
