An appointment was scheduled through GE for washer repair, and this gentleman was a no show. He called and left one voice message which I returned the very next morning also leaving an alternate contact number. He never called me back to leave another message again if need be. Nor did he try contacting me the morning of the scheduled appointment. He does not check his phone messages to return a call. He was a no-show and this is not how an independent contractor should conduct business on behalf of a company. It gives him and a company an extremely bad reputation when it comes to service. I had to waste eight hours of vacation time, and reschedule for someone else to eventually come and repair my washer. More time will have to be taken to accommodate for the next appointment. Now I will be three-four weeks without a washing machine.
