Excellent service and price. Best car rental in Indy.

I've had to rent a car twice in the last 2 months due to our cars being repaired. It had been years since I've rented a car, and I was dreading it. I found Ace online and they had the best prices. We picked up our car at the Airport location both times and I was very impressed on how quick and efficient it was. Everyone was very helpful and our quoted price was honored. The cars were clean and drove really nice. I like that the Airport location is not in the Airport. It makes it easier to get to if you are not flying, but just need a rental car. Returning the cars was also very easy. This is probably the best, fastest, most economical rental cars we've ever had!

car rental at airport... joke they are at least 3 miles away from airport.with hard to find location....do not even try to find them with out GPS ..had $28/a day estimate come up to $112.00 after all been counted not a joke...

I had to fly to Indianapolis at short notice due to a death. When I checked for a rental car, ACE was half the price of the on-site companies. They were extremely prompt in picking me up. The car was very nice and clean. It wasn't brand new, it had 16,000 miles on it, but it was in perfect shape. When I returned the car, I needed to be taken to my hotel, as I had a very early morning flight and chose to turn the car in and use the hotel shuttle. The shuttle had me at my hotel within 15 minutes of my returning the car. There were different people working when I picked up the car and when I dropped it off. All were very friendly and helpful.

I will definitely use them in the future.

The best in the business. Period. The staff knows their stuff, will bend over backwards for the customer, and the price is right. Ace has hit the trifecta. Van or Car what ever you need look no further than Ace. Every employee in every service industry can take a page from Ace's customer service ethos.
