WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I've never reviewed any place on here before but I loved it here SO much I just had to! And yes, I am a real patient who had never met anyone from this office before. With so many dentists around Indy, I knew I could afford to be picky. It took me a few years of looking, but after a few appointments here I knew I'd found the best dentist for me!



They always get me in quickly and immediately put me at ease. It's hard to explain, but I don't even feel like I'm at the dentist when I'm here! They keep me so incredibly comfortable. I watch TV and don't even really see or feel any instruments. It's almost like a magic trick and it's very relaxing! They have modern equipment and can show you exactly what's going on in your mouth if you want. I go to the dentist regularly and felt I got the best cleaning here I've had anywhere. My teeth felt amazing afterward and weren't even sore!



They were able to give me an estimate before they did anything. Most importantly, though, they were NOT PUSHY at all. This is a small private practice and not one of those places where they try to scare you into big unnecessary procedures. They made recommendations and let me decide if and when and gave me lots of options. I have United Concordia for my insurance so if you have them too, you have to check this place out. Even the out-of-pocket expenses seemed affordable. I'd probably pay the out-of-network fees to stay with this office.



Even though they were pretty busy one of the days I came in, Dr. Gallanosa still took his time with me and didn't rush. At some offices you are lucky to get 3 minutes with the dentist. The office looks new, but Dr. G's been practicing for years. He figured out what was wrong with a tooth that had been bothering me for years and had recently gotten worse. It had even stumped other dentists. He relieved my pain within minutes! He was very gentle and showed a lot of care, which made it so easy to relax. The entire staff was awesome! I felt I was in exceptional hands.
