Great Service , Came Quick , Spoke English well, Gave a discount for a long ride , would recommend !!

The taxi came a lot earlier than expected , I asked for a pickup at 10:00 AM and they came at 9:50 AM. The taxi driver was extremely nice compared to other ones I have seen!

Good Service , I was almost late for work and the taxi came as soon as they could. They came in under 5 minutes when they estimated 10 minutes.

The guy I rode with was great ! He was nice and arrived on time. I definetely recommend ! I called and the man said he would take a while to come. He arrived at the airport to pick me up nicely dressed.

AWFUL! I called the afternoon before to schedule a taxi for my boss the next morning. They were going to be so late picking her up(she called them) that she had to drive herself to the airport. I woke up to very upset text messages from my boss and now she is upset with me. If you don't want this to happen to you, DO NOT USE AAA American Taxi!!!!!!!

I use American Taxi whenever I need a ride in the city.

I called and asked for a pickup. Guy said we are booked and hung up. Don't ever use this company.

This place does not even deserve a rating, they just hung up on me and won't answer my phone calls. I hadn't even done anything to be rude yet. Very unproffesional especially when they answer the phone and all they have to say is, "taxi" in a spanish accent. Nobody call this taxi service.

Called and the person who answered mumbled, "taxi." I asked, " which company is this?" Silence. Then he hung up.

Recently I called This company for a taxi at 7AM and the taxi came quickly at 6:55

I've taken American Taxi several times and prefer them.... I recommend them to my family and friends, especially those who want to go from the greenwood area to downtown since that is where i'm picked up from the most. When they can't get to me in time, they always get me someone who will get to me from a different company and it's alwayssomeone they trust will provide good service.



in response to the person who criticized... i'm sorry if that happened (can't confirm as anyone can post here) but life happens. I love American Taxi as well as Indy Airport. Reliable companies in my opinion... but even they, who i consider the best, have been late once. American taxi they gave me a discount on the trip. I really think that driving a taxi is hard work. There isn't a single company that I have used that is perfect... but the folk with american taxi are down to earth and sincere folk and loL, as someone said, they do speak english and have manners. Such a plus from cab drivers, trust me. When I have to pay my fare at the end, I really want to be told what it cost me without trying to figure out what the driver said... that is sooo annoying.

We called June 15 and requested a pickup for June 20th at 7am. We called at 10pm on June 19 to confirm..."Yes, you are still on for 7am pickup on June 20." At 6:30am on June 20, we get a phone call from them asking us what intersection we were at,, We told them, they said they would be there by 7am and that is what we expected. 7am rolled around...no show. we waited till 705am and me and my husband in a frantic state, start calling the company....we got NOTHING! We kept calling till 720am and I gave in and called Yellow Cab in Indy, Told them the story and literally within 7 minutes, Rick was right t here. Helped us load our bags, and off we went. We got his card for our return flight for a way home. We were STONEWALLED by A A A American but Rick at yellowcab SAVED THE DAY!

These guys are the only ones who do not reluctantly take my credit card. I always use them from the riley towers to red eye cafe and they never hesitate or complain about the 6 dollars I put on my card! I love Sam & Abe man!

I called this company to pick me up from downtown to the airport and they were on time. The cab was clean and the driver was an American who could speak english and knew where he was going. I'll be calling them again next time I'm in Indy!

The American Cab I rode in was a Ford Freestar van. It was smooth, the driver was nice, and the price was not high! He spoke ENGLISH as well!
