Glovers tree service are the very best tree service I have ever witnessed!! I was sceptical that any tree service could remove 6 Ash trees, and have everything cleaned up as if the trees were never their in one day!! Not only were the trees removed, and all debrees cleaned up in one day, but the job was totally complete before they took a lunch break!! They started the job at 8:00 am, and was totally finished before noon! I recommend Glovers tree service to anyone i know who is in need of tree service!

Totally unreliable. Called on Monday 5/23/2011 for a free estimate. Glover's Tree Service came out on 5/23/2011 & gave me a written estimate to remove 2 arbor vitaes. I told them I would let them know. I called them back later on the evening of 5/23/2011 to let them know that I would use their service to remove the arbor vitaes. After no service or communication from Glover's Tree Service, I called them 9 days later on Wednesday 6/01/2011 to ask what the status was on getting to the job we agreed upon. I was told "I'll see what I can do to get that job done by the end of the week". The end of the week came & went with no service performed & no communication from Glover's Tree Service, again. I called the following week on Tuesday 6/07/2011 to get an update on getting the job done. I was told "I'm driving right now. I'll call you back in a few minutes. I'll see what I can do about getting those out of there tomorrow (Wednesday)". Well, once again Glover's Tree Service did not live up to their word. Not only did Glover's Tree Service not come out that Wednesday, I never even got the call back that I was told I was going to get “in a few minutes” that Tuesday evening. After arriving home from work on Wednesday 6/09/2011 & seeing the arbor vitaes still in place, I called Glover's Tree Service to let them know that I was not going to use their services. The response was "Alrighty, bye".

The bottom line is this, if Glover's Tree Service would have been up front & said "We might not get to the job for a month", for example, then the expectations of getting the job done in a reasonable time frame would not have been there. However, when the customer is told "by the end of the week", "tomorrow", "I'll give you a call back in a few minutes", & none of those statements come to fruition, then the only feedback I see fit for Glover's Tree Service is that they are totally unreliable. I would not recommend Glover's Tree Service to my friends.
