When you donate goods to The Salvation Army, those items are then sold at our Family Stores. Proceeds are used to fund our Adult Rehabilitation Centers, where those struggling with drugs and alcohol find help, hope, and a second chance at life.

Unacceptable and unfair business practices. Resold furniture I purchased and will not refund my money. So they receive double money for the items but refuse to give a refund to original purchaser. Unprofessional customer service... they could care less about the circumstances after explaining the sale was incomplete due to not receiving any goods in exchange for my money and was told I received a piece of paper. So if you want a slip of paper, you can grab one from here for $180!

I went there for the 1st time yesterday and was at first delighted to see rows of donated clothing and it was well organized by color. That is where the organization stopped. I had no way to tell what sizes the clothing were without looking at each and every tag. A few rows has size markers but most don't. I was frustrated within minuets and gave up. They have to have a size system if they do then have signs or something to help shoppers.
