I will not go back to this office. There are so many negative things about it. The wait times are between 2-3 hours, despite the fact that they have 4 OBs plus a nurse practitioner working for their office. Dr. Steven was the worst OB that I have ever experienced. I was about 20 weeks and due for a physical exam. Dr. Stever hurt me very badly, and did not let up even when I jumped and let out a yelp. He continued to attempt to check which resulted in heavy dark red bleeding for almost a week. I was scared to death and felt completely violated by this doctor. The only good thing that came of them was that when I did deliver I did get the best doctor in the practice, Dr. Bae. She was fantastic, and has her own office in Blairsville. Highly recommend her for an OB.

I have no clue how far along I am, and had to wait for 4 weeks to even get into my first appointment. I mentioned to them on the phone that my previous pregnancy in NC I went into labor at 25 weeks bc I have a short cervix and I am rh-. After sitting in the waiting room for ever I had to take a urine test, and had my weight taken. Then sat in the exam room for over an hour. When the nurse practicioner Rhonda Sennet came in she was rude, and not very informative. Never asked if I had any complications so far, if I was eating ok, or anything. I asked about being high risk and wanting to make sure everything was ok and I basically got told I was a liar and she didn't care about my short cervix. Anyways, upon checking out, and still not having a clue how far along I am I have to wait another 3 weeks to get into the hospital for an ultrasound or heartbeat another 3 weeks before I can have an appointment with an actual doctor for a physical exam and 3 weeks before I can go get my blood tests at the hospital. I walked out crying and I will not go back. I WILL NOT be treated like a piece of crap. FIND ANOTHER OB! I did report them to BBB. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THE OFFICE IS DISGUSTING TOO.

I called in January 2011 to make my first prenatal visit. I was already 16 weeks pregnant and told them this, and they still didnt get me an appointment til mid-March! My first visit to the Ob/Gyn Care Center took 3 hours. My appt. was at 10a.m. At 12:30p.m. I was still in the waiting room! I didnt even get to see a real doctor, just a nurse practicioner, whom apparently everyone sees instead of a doctor. I asked her about a bump on my stomach that was painful sometimes and she said "Hmmmm...I dont know," and changed the subject. Another thing that made me find a new doctor was the fact that there are 4 doctors that own this clinic and when you go into labor, whomever is on call comes to deliver your baby, so it may very well be someone you've never met before!! My advice: Find a REAL ob-gyn to see for your pregnancy!! This place is nothing but a scam to make money!!
