After an employee provided us with an estimate for a project that had a deadline, we never heard back. I called multiple times and never received a phone call back. I filled out several online contact request forms, still no call back. Finally after about the 6th or 7th attempt, I received an email stating that the project would in fact be completed by the deadline (May 31). I called on May 30, 31, and June 1 and cannot reach anyone (left voicemails) and still have not received a phone call back. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am so disappointed by the unprofessional behavior - to agree to deliver work by a date and then not do so, furthermore, not have the courtesy to provide any communication, is truly unacceptable.
