Provided by SuperpagesHeckert vision does not care to give you even satisfactory customer service its just plain BAD!!! I had to call my insurance to correct there mistake, twice. My contact and eye exam was wrong!! They refuse to work with me on recorrecting my exam, they want more money!! I just spent $400 on glasses that barely help me see!! Be wise Do Not spend your money at Heckert Vision. I feel strongly that they are scammers. The Dr talked too much about stupid things instead of concentrating on my exam!!!!! I highly suggest you go somewhere else for your eye care!!!!
