I took in a brand new car for window tinting after being referred to this business by someone at the dealership. I picked up my car and was excited with the new look. After getting home and showing it off to a friend I found a 1 inch cut(slice) in the driver door panel right below the window. I called them immediately and spoke to Blaze, the owner, and told him what I had found and sent him a picture. He said they did not cut anywhere on my vehicle and that it must have been there before I brought it!! I responded "Blaze this is a $70k vehicle with only 1000 miles on it!!! There is no way that I had a tear in my leather before I brought it to your establishment for window tinting!" His response was "Actually it has 1400 miles"....So he was that attentive to know the exact mileage of my car but didn't realize they cut my leather while applying the tint!! Unbelievable!! He refuse to fix it and I am now having to pay to have it fixed at the Lexus Dealership and will be sending him the bill with a letter from my Attorney!!! I know accidents happen and would have appreciated some professionalism to own up to a mistake and fix it!! I would not recommend anyone to trust this business because they are unprofessional and do not stand behind there product nor their workmanship!!! So this $250 tint job is going to cost me over $1000 to repair my leather door panel that was in PERFECT SHAPE WHEN DROPPED OFF!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
