I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PRETTY PAWS FOR OVER 4 YEARS NOW FOR MY YORKIE ! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WORK THAT MRS. LISA DOES AND LEAVES ME AND MY DOG HAPPY! SHE EVEN WATCHES MY BABY WHILE I'M AT WORK AND I JUST GIVE HER A CALL WHEN I'M READY TO PICK HER UP!! SHE IS SO FRIENDLY AND THE PLACE IS WARM AND INVITING! I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW HAS A DOG TO HER !! GREAT JOB !!!

I am the owner of Pretty Paws and familiar with RB who has made the false review. RB is a customer who refused to pay for services rendered. A very spiteful person who threatened to give me and ask friends to give me bad reviews. No one smokes in Pretty Paws, it is a very clean and professional business with a full clientele of customers that are very satisfied. RB's false reviews cannot hurt my business because my customers all know me, my family and the excellent quality of grooming and boarding that I provide at an affordable price.
