horrible customer service !!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why this places gets such a poor rating. My daughters and I love this place. It is a really fun place to go with your family and it is cheap. I get to roller blade without having to worry about rocks and breaking my neck and my 3 daughters have such a great time. They beg to go here. We go by some fast food and a night at the rink and they just luv it.

Do not have a birthday party there. They charged me for kids that did not even skate, not one person helped me there during the party of 22 kids AND then they had the nerve to ask me for a tip. Majorly disapointed. Great place to hang casually but not to have a party.
