Doctors are nice but the some of the front office staff really have some issues (not the girls that come get your pets or bring them out). They are often unfriendly on the phone, grumpy in person and also very short in email. I don't know if these ladies are unhappy in their jobs or what, but letting customers see your grumpiness is very unprofessional. I have witnessed this on three different occasions so it wasn't just a one-time thing. For what they charge you'd think they would give you a good experience. There are a so many more choices for pet care and boarding around this area... we are taking our pets elsewhere. We did like our vet just not some of the staff.

I have used this veterinarian office for years and years with my family pets. I have always been greeted and remembered by the receptionist. I have had to make the decision a couple times to help my beloved pets pass on, and all of the staff there have always been 100% compassionate and caring with the process. They allowed me to take as much time in the room as I needed to say my goodbyes. I was pleasantly surprised when they had the lights dimmed and gave the room a better feel, more peaceful than just an exam room.

I will always use this group of wonderful people!!!

After trying several vets in the area, my white lab Molly and I settled on Indian Trail. They were friendly and really seemed to care for her well being. Highly recommended!
