Our Dodge van engine compartme...

Our Dodge van engine compartment & part of the inside got soaked during August 2011 hail and rain storm. We dried it for about 9 days. The starter, a/c, and stereo shorted out or stopped working. Allstate insurance told us to get it fixed ( said they would cover it - they lied). We took the van to the closest place (A&B Auto from Angie's List - the worst rip offs I've seen in my whole life - see our review for them.) I called Fisher Automotive. Bill said that if we couldn't get it to him that he would pick it up or tow it for free, and if we didn't have another vehicle he might have a loner. He said it's sad that so many mechanics try to rip people off. We took the van to him and he gave us a very reasonable price and said it would be done shortly. When we went to pick up the van, he said that the stereo that we left didn't work but, he had one laying around that he gave us for free - WOW! He is very detail orientated and extremely knowledgeable mechanic. He completed the work faster than we expected. His prices are very competitive and his responsiveness is excellent. If he does not answer the call, he will call you back within 5 to 20 minutes. He takes time to answer all your questions and does as promised. After talking to him several times and seeing his great work ethics, I must say that he is a very kind and honest person. We think he is the best mechanic we have ever met in North Carolina. We recommend him to anybody that needs or might need a mechanic. We're sure that we will be using his service for a long time.
