STAY AWAY! Far AWAY! Since they changed from Wachovia (spelling?) they have been nothing short of happy meal!

RUDE as hell! I understand why some people would complain due to they missed payments ect...That would be me. My husband had major surgery (hes only getting $150 a week from his works disability) and I asked if I could make a partial payment on the due date and pay the balance the following week. NOPE! They always ask for you to give them a check over the phone (Plus they charge an additional $10. to pay by phone!) weather you have money in your account or not! I have tried to explain we have NO money to write a check. What if something would happen and I didn't have the funds to cover that check? Yea, UT oh! Then I'm paying over draft fees.You just can't get sick, in an accident or anything in life with a home and car loan in the US. These banks should be happy some of us are making some type of payment(s) the Way this economy is!

All in All, to make a partial payment I had to take some of my jewelry and freakin' pawn it! I'm hurt, ashamed and disappointed that I had to result to this. It breaks my heart that I HAD to sell some of my Jewry just to TRY to make some type of payment to Wells Fargo. This is what they do to you so you will make a payment, and I quote "I don't care how or who you get the money from, you HAVE to make this months payment or we will start The repo!" We only have about 3-4 months before it's paid off too.

I sit here with tears in my eyes wondering what we are going to do next? How are we going to pay the rest of the car payment let alone, rent, gas, elect..and food? LOL whats that?



Anyway-if your getting a car loan stay away from wells fargo dealer services!Here's a good read-example:
