The director can be extremely abrasive and unprofessional in situations when asked for any clarification. Felt bullied and pressured into never ending testing, each with higher price tag. She actually sent me an email telling me I was a bad parent when I told her I couldn't afford what she was recommending and that I should just charge it on a credit card. I will never recommend this center. It was a horrible, expensive and utterly unhelpful waste of 6 months time.

Such an awesome place. Nothing like it in Cleveland!
