Staffinders, Inc. (or as they choose to attempt a more professional name, SFI) is the most unprofessional place that I have ever encountered. As an employer, the management team is incredibly immature, they possess zero leadership skills, and lack anything related to direction, class, business literacy- and the implementation thereof. They are judgmental of their clients and candidates, consistently speaking negative of both. Don’t be fooled. Staffinders, Inc. are bottom feeders who wheel and deal to make a buck and throw educate out the window. I would steer clear. As a service provider, they are completely lazy and unorganized. Their “recruiters” lack the professionalism and skills required to properly communicate with clients and even candidates with no job skills. They deserve no respect. They ignore candidate phone calls and would rather go out and smoke than provide a service or do any work. A thought, maybe instead of management spending time boozing at happy hour with clients all week, or visiting clients based on who the receptionist is…….invest some effort in developing your company and leadership skills with some classes or training, which are desperately needed at all levels. OR, invest in the well-being of the rest of us and just close your doors. Maybe a lemonade stand would have been more up your alley and aligned with your business management skills.
