We were forced to work with Resource Title because this was the title company that our seller chose. Their escrow officers are unprofessional and do not return phone calls. The person they sent to meet up for our closing was nearly an hour late. When I called a manager to let them know how dissatisfied I was with their service I was rudely told that what was done was done and there was nothing that could be done at that point. I guess as long as they made their money that is all that mattered. My husband and I were warned of their antics prior to our closing by acquaintances who had used this title company in the past. Unfortunately we didn't have a choice, but I hope this review helps others avoid an experience like we had.
