Shuntay and NLC loans were absolutely amazing!

This was my first mortgage and first home purchase. Shuntay helped me through every step of the way. She was there from the beginning in getting my pre-qualification to questions I had right before closing. She was extremely knowledgeable and always made herself available- even on weekends! My credit had some blemishes but Shuntay was able to make it happen! The experience was a bit stressful at times but Shuntay was always calming. As it turns out my interest rate was lower than expected and I closed on my dream home on time... Would definitely recommend Shuntay and will be using her if I have mortgage needs in the future!

As a Realtor I have worked with a lot of lenders but this is by far the worst lender I have ever worked with. Getting in touch with anyone is a struggle and once you are finally able to reach someone they can't provide you with any information. Deadlines and closing dates will come and go and nothing will be done about it. Worst of all though is the constant lying. Never do business with this company if you want to keep a good reputation because they will drag you through the mud.

We had applied for a refinance with NLC Loans. Our Senior Mortgage Advisor was Scott Dunham.

Mr. Dunham took our information and worked very quickly and diligently to process our application.

We were amazed at Scott's efficiency.

When I tried to refi with the bank I have used for 20 years and held my current mortgage, they would not even discuss it with me. Jermey Tailford and Melissa Jones were able to process my refi quickly and efficiently. I saved 8 years on mortgage and I am paying less each month.

My loan officer was Cory Jeffries and he is the best. I'd been trying to refinance my home for a number of years, but there was always an obstacle getting in the way of closing the loan. Cory and his NLC team were relentless, leaving no stone unturned. He took all the time I needed to answer questions and walked me through the whole process effortlessly. It took just a few weeks of digging through all of the red tape, but they presented me with a loan approval, at a great rate, when no one else could. All of the paperwork came to me at the house, making it a super easy process at closing. No doubt about it – they get an A+ from me!

Nations Lending and my Loan Officer Chris Woods were awesome. Great knowledge and service. When I first contacted Nations Lending I was really just calling to get information. Chris Woods made it so easy that not only did I do a Re-Fi but I am getting ready to close on my vacation Home. Thank you Nations Lending and Chris Woods!!!

Ryan Cousino was the greatest. He always returned my calls and managed all the details. I would recommend him and Nations Lending to anyone.

I recently had a phenomenal experience refinancing my mortgage with Ryan Cousino of Nations Lending. At the time of my refi I was dealing with a lot of insanity at work, working 60 to 70 hours each week, and finding very little time to see my family let alone negotiate a home loan. Ryan was available, and very patient when it took me a while to get back to him, any time of day, and any day of the week. He was completely dedicated to me as a client and helped me every step of the way. In addition, he was very professional and understanding when I requested references. It was difficult for me to put my trust in a voice on a phone. Sharing all my most sensitive personal and financial documents is not something I do lightly, but Ryan's professionalism and eager submission of references allayed my concerns. I am now enjoying a significant reduction in my monthly mortgage payments, and I sincerely appreciate Ryan's guidance in achieving that goal. He really is one of the good guys.

I just had my home refinanced through NLC!! These people are PHENOMENAL! But of all the great people at NLC, I was even more impressed with my Loan Agent, Andrea Werner! She was always on-hand and available to steer me through the process. Her optimism and professionalism made me proud to have her as my agent. Home Refinance with NLC Loans . . .

After shopping around. I spoke / dealt with several people who work for or were associated with NLC Loans & decided to go with them to refinance my home. They were knowledgeable & courteous. But one person stands out in my mind and that was Mortgage Banker Mr. Curtis Turoff, very meticulous, thorough, courteous. Mr. Turoff answered all my questions and I had lots of questions. I felt I could contact him anytime . .

I had an excellent experience with Nations Lending. Kyle Lott was my loan officer. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He made the whole process very easy for me. The process truly did only take 3 weeks from start to closing. This is my third time re-financing with NLC and will recommend them to anyone who is considering to refinance.

Ruben Garcia took care of me. He is an excellent and prefessional Loan Officer along with his Assistance Christina Garcia. With his patience and dedication (I called him, emailed him, texted him numerous times), he was able to walk me through the process. It was an awesome experience that I highly recommend other people to chose NLC as their Mortgage Company. I am now very happy with my house, the loan amount and interest rate.

My experience with Nations Lending was truly awesome! Melissa Hoffrogge displayed great customer service skills by keeping me informed daily with the loan process. She was very knowlegeable and explained everything to me in a manner easy to understand. She was kind, patient, and approachable. I know I called/emailed her more than a dozen times, but she was always happy to answer my questions. By the end of the loan process, I considered her a dear friend. We saved a lot of money by refinancing and the service was incomparable. I will be recommending this company to everyone I can think of. I am truly thankful for the services provided.

After being turned down by several other lenders I found a great team to work with at NLC Loans. Barbara Schulte and Miranda Gammella were wonderful to work with. They helped me overcome several hurdles and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Both Delia Blackburn and Rod Taylor provided excellent, professional mortgage service. I was impressed by Delia's prompt response and research for all my questions. Refinancing can be an unsettling experience but Delia and Rod cleared the way for a smooth, trouble free transaction. I would definitely use this company again.
