I visited Independence Urgent Care earlier today, and I must say that it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. While the one lady at the front desk wasn't the friendliest person in the world, my limited interaction with her didn't mar my opinion of the facility. I was a walk-in and didn't have a long wait. The nurse that took me back initially was very nice and friendly, and Dr. Jack was absolutely stellar. He smiled, listened, and really seemed to relate to my problems. He made me feel comforted and actually really good about myself and my illness, which is something I don't think I've ever said about a doctor visit before. I highly recommend this urgent care facility and these doctors.

The staff must of wrote these reveiws because this place sux! The doctor is never available. I went there in the spring of 2014 with a sinus infection at like 9:30am they told me the power went out i look up at the lights that were on and the lady tells me that basically the staff left as soon as the power went out even though it was back on immediately. Just another lazy medical staff who looks for any little reason to NOT WORK!

The Brothers Rob & Jack Both MD's , Are two of the best doctors I've ever met with they actually listen to you're problems . I recommend them for anyone that needs a Primary care physician

Two brothers run this practice, Dr. Jack Rutkowski and Dr. Robert Rutkowski. I work in a nearby plant and had a chemical splash in my eye. My foreman took me immediately to Independence Urgent Care for help. They took care of my problem, and thankfully, I have no permanent damage. The brothers also operate a private practice in addition to the urgent Care. The doctors were so kind and professional, I am changing to them as my primary care physicians. This practice also accepts cash if you are uninsured, at very reasonable rates. This is important for some of the people I know who are out of a job now and have no coverage.
