When I walked in there was nobody to greet me and my friend after we sat down we order our drinks they messed those up my food something on it and they tryed to tell me it was tomato smh....it was a disaster I will not be going back and did I mention the floor was dirty omg ok I'm done

This is the first time our company ordered from this Cozumel's and we ordered ahead to pick up. We get a half an hour lunch as most companies so when we arrived to pick up the food it was ready to go and hot with everyone's name listed on the box. We all felt the food was more than enough and very good. The only exception was when the food was ordered there was a special request on one of the items. It was a mis-communcation between the person who took the order and the cook. I called back lettling them know that we were on our lunch break we would not be able to come back and we needed our money back,. They understood what went wrong the gentlemen whom i spoke with explained how this could have happened and went ahead and credited the card. That is the way you keep your customer's coming back. I will eat here again and again. Thank you Cozumel's

I have been to all of the Cozumels except, this one and I must say that the food is excellent and the service as well. This was a very good experience for me and my family. We loved Cozumel. But the main one that we always go to is Broadview Heights they treat us like family. Cozumel Rocks. RB<3333333333333
